What’s included in Intra 2023?
Shuttle transportation to and from the Cordova Airport and Orca Adventure Lodge (limited to Sept. 29 inbound flight and Oct. 1 outbound flight)
Lodging at the historic Orca Adventure Lodge, including full access to ocean-view sauna, ocean kayaking, and more.
Chef-prepared gourmet meals throughout your stay at the lodge. Dietary restrictions will be accommodated.
Beach bonfire under the stars with specialty cocktails and other surprises!
Daily sunrise and sunset meditation and multiple yoga sessions each day are instructed by internationally recognized teacher, healer, and inspirational speaker - Ceasar F. Barajas.
Reflection and letting go ceremony guided by Intra founder and retreat host - Rachel Kallander.
Welcome bag upon arrival, including Intra Retreat journal for your weekend reflections and other luxurious goodies.

Airfare cost and coordination to and from Cordova.
Additional food/beverages (i.e. specialty cocktail hour) will be available for purchase.
Additional self care services may be announced soon. Guests can add on those services at an additional cost if they choose to.
